The Search consists of two sections:
LLC1 (Local Land Charges Register)
This is a search of the Local Land Charges Register which deals with registerable
charges as follows:
GENERAL FINANCIAL CHARGES
SPECIFIC FINANCIAL CHARGES
PLANNING CHARGES
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
FENLAND WAY MAINTENANCE CHARGES
LAND COMPENSATION CHARGES
NEW TOWN CHARGES
CIVIL AVIATION CHARGES
OPEN CAST COAL CHARGES
LISTED BUILDING CHARGES
LIGHT OBSTRUCTION CHARGES
DRAINAGE SCHEME CHARGES
CON29 (Enquiries of Local Authority)
This is a standard form agreed by the Law Society and
the Local Government Association which requires input by other Authorities,
such as Water Authorities & Environmental Authority.
However, Please note that matters concerning drainage
and environmental issues are not covered by a Personal Local Authority
and it is recommended that a Drainage & Water Search and Environmental
Search be carried out.
