What is the total price I pay for the HIP?

The total price you pay is £350.00 all inclusive for a freehold or leasehold up to three bedroom. No other hidden charges. Price Upon Application for 4 bedroom properties +

Can I cancel my HIP order?

No, once payment has been taken we are unable to cancel the order. Instructions are processed immediately incurring third party costs.

How long does it take?

Between 3-7 working days. However, you can start marketing your property as soon as you have placed your order as we will send you confirmation for you to take to Estate Agent.

Do you cover my area?

Yes, we offer nationwide coverage at a local level.

I have been offered a cheaper HIP elsewhere??

YES BUT BE AWARE as you may be fixed and tied to a particular Estate Agent. Our HIP is purchased and owned by you to take to whichever agent you prefer.
